CHRISTOU was commissioned to undertake the architectural and master planning services for the upgrade of the existing Vines resort centre. This included the addition of 4-star accommodation providing a further 112 guest rooms adjacent to the international Vines golf course. As well as an extensive upgrade of the golf clubhouse, pro-shop facilities and members facilities. The project delivered a thematically designed upgrade to reinforce the vineyard character of the Swan Valley. The range of support facilities, bars, restaurants and recreation opportunities including flexible use of external space has made it a successful function provider.
