CHRISTOU was commissioned to improve on the existing Subiaco Hotel’s footprint space and flow, respecting the character of the existing building while introducing a modern edge. The heritage listed building required considered and controlled manipulation to existing fabric. CHRISTOU has created a range of interconnecting spaces that appeal to a wide audience.
