BHP Billiton commissioned CHRISTOU to prepare a concept design for Mixed-Use development incorporating town houses, apartments and commercial facilities. The South Hedland development intends to revitalise the Town Centre into a more vibrant district in attempt to attract more permanent residents. The design needed to be suitable for insitu or modular construction. Incorporating ESD principles, the development aims for a 5 Star Green Star "As Built Performance". The project is under construction via design and contract.
