CHRISTOU designed a $340M mixed-use development with upmarket residential apartments over a retail centre. The quarter comprised of 30,000m² of retail and commercial space, 79 apartments and 700m² of office space. The project involved the integration of sophisticated mixed use environments into an existing context. The 79 luxury residential apartments sold out in just two days.
