CHRISTOU designed a range of specialist marine workshops, a flexible hardstand and M.G. Kailis Headquaters in Fremantle. We also designed W.A. Boatlifters, owned by M.G. Kailis - who carry out their own refit operation annually. The projects demonstrate high–end delivery of complex engineering functions with architecturally meritorious design. The complex is adjacent to the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour tourist precinct which was Masterplanned by CHRISTOU.
