The project required the creation of a resort style club house facility to cater for the on-site residents of the community. The facilities included; multi-purpose hall,bar/cafe; resident lounge; billiard room; kitchen; theatre; outdoor terrace; locker rooms; and indoor swimming pool.

The internal planning provides flexible, functional space which allows a wide range of activities, from community theatre performances to large tennis tournament dinner functions. CHRISTOU's approach has allowed for the staged implementation and construction of the project as sales allowed.
