CHRISTOU provided briefing, design, contract documentation, contract administration, interior design and total management of consultants for the City of Gosnell's Civic Administration Building.A major landscape programme created a dramatic civic square with a fully integrated public art programme coordinated with the built form and the external works. It was the first Local Government building in WA to achieve a 5-Star Greenstar Accreditation Rating.
