The retention of major tree species adjacent to the building was a primary design objective. The Kings Park Biodiversity Centre demonstrates CHRISTOU’s ability to deliver highly economical buildings.
The building was completed within the original project budget with a high-end design product.Despite being fully air-conditioned the building is fully operational with passive heating / cooling for much of the year.
