The building accommodates an office, reception, gym, transit lounge, lounge club, shower and locker facilities, dining room, crib and associated spaces, kitchen to produce 800 meals a day -catering for 450 men, and car parking. The building is of a high quality, utilising strong principles of Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) - with shade to walls, courtyards for natural light and flexibility.
